We officially switched to winter hours effective November 1st. The hours are listed in the newsletter and on the member page of our web site. With the transition to off-season hours the Bar has been switched over to lounge furniture and the door going in and out of the Bar is now locked at all time. Golfers should use the door by the Grill to enter and exit. Starting November 1st every Thursday and Friday from 4pm to 6pm will be Happy Hour in the Bar featuring 2 for 1 drinks and Happy Hour appetizer specials. Watch your events emails for themed Happy Hours throughout the year.
The driving range closes for the season on November 5th and outside services will be limited for the remainder of the year. ForeTees will switch over to reservations for the Golf Simulator effective November 19th. Please plan on picking up your golf clubs (if you are not going to play again this year) before December 31st to avoid the $50 winter storage fee. Lockers do not need to be emptied over the winter, but all will be cleaned prior to March 15th. Also as a reminder, we have lockers available for Athletic members with an annual fee of $50. Notify the office if interested.
In the next couple days you will receive an email with this year’s Member Survey. Your comments and feedback through the survey are extremely valuable in helping us provide the best possible member experience. Thank you in advance for taking a few minutes to complete the survey and provide your comments and suggestions. The results will be shared at the Member Year-In-Review on December 20th.
We have many great events coming up over the winter months and hopefully you and your families will be able to join us for most of them. In particular, our New Year’s Eve party will be a little different. This year we will host a Masquerade New Year’s Eve Party and guests are welcome! Dress up in your favorite costume and join us as we celebrate the New Year. We are converting the Fireside Room into a lounge/game room for the evening and will have a band playing your favorite cover songs from 8pm to Midnight. A limited menu dinner will be available by reservation between 6pm and 8pm. The $25 event fee covers the band, midnight pizza bar, prizes for the best costumes and champagne toast at midnight. Get your friends together and join us at the “safest” place to enjoy a New Year’s Eve Party.
