Terms and Conditions:
I hereby authorize Dellwood Country Club to make any inquiry allowed by law it deems necessary to consider my application for membership. I agree that all such inquiry results thereof are privileged and confidential and I agree to accept without right of question, its decision. I understand the membership requirements for the membership category selected and will comply with the rules and regulations of the Club as outlined in the Member Policies and Procedures. If at any time I no longer meet the requirements of the membership category, I agree to promptly notify the Club management. I hereby certify that all of the information provided by me is accurate to the best of my knowledge and it is understood that providing false information and/or misrepresentation may constitute grounds for termination of membership. I hereby apply for credit privileges and agree to pay all charges when due and to abide to all other terms and conditions of Dellwood Country Club credit policies. A Member may resign by submitting a written request to the Club office. The resignation must be submitted ten (10) days prior to the end of the month for it to take effect that month Any notice given less than ten (10) days before the end of the month will take effect the subsequent month. This application is subject to approval by Club Management. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Non-Discriminatory Policy:
The Club must not operate to, nor may it have any policies which, inappropriately discriminate among members by reason of age, race, gender or religion. Dellwood Country Club shall adopt an appropriate nondiscrimination policy and shall cause such policy to be honored in all activities involving the Members, the Club’s employees and other appropriate persons.
