As I write this article I am in awe of how fast my first year as Tennis Director has gone, and what a fabulous season it was. Participation for both the adults and juniors saw a significant increase over the past few years, and I look forward to even more involvement for the 2016 season.
I am also very excited to announce that there will be some upgrades to the tennis facility as well, so with that being said, I would love to see you try a drill, or lesson come next year. Whether you have never played, tried a few times, didn’t like it or felt bored, please give it one more shot (no pun intended). I guarantee you will leave the court feeling better than you did when you started. If you are in the Palm Desert area over winter, I would be happy to give you some lessons there as well.
Once again, I would just like to express how happy I am to be a part of your fabulous Country Club, you have all made me feel so welcome. I am anxious to cross paths with even more of you in the coming season.
