Hi I am Barb Miller. I am the Women’s Golf Committee Chairman for the upcoming season. I am so excited for the golf season to begin. We have a fabulous group of women on the committee that are eager to try some new and fresh ideas for our women’s programs.
We are delighted to announce we are jump starting our Women’s 9 & 18 Hole Guest Days. We want to showcase Dellwood not only on the golf course but with our hospitality and through thoughtful details that have been missing in the past years. We have some new games added to our Ladies Leagues on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings.
We are also working on ways to reach out to new and existing members who want to play golf with other women but feel a little uncomfortable. This is a goal of our committee and we will announce our plans later on how we will reach out to prospective and newly enthusiastic golfers.
